INNOVATION &DESIGN

Jane Hadjion

Jane Hadjion is an Aerospace Engineer and founding member of Australian Engineers Declare.

Jane has worked for Boeing for 10 years and is codesigning the next phase of the Australian Engineers Act. Her engineering experience has strengthened her ability to interpret and design interventions to disrupt the traditional behaviours of complex business systems.

As a business ecologist, Jane is on a mission to help people become more fulfilled while changing the way we live, work and consume. Most days she is radically optimistic; the tidal wave of action created through individual ownership, will regenerate our communities and the planet. Jane’s primary focus is with leaders in large organisations, aligning the reasons for being beyond making money for the organisation, with the behaviour of the people who work within it.

Jane’s

Perspective

“We are all locked in a pattern, whether we like it or not, that is unhealthy and unhelpful to our wellness as citizens and the planet itself. Therefore we all have a responsibility to redesign the system.“
