Dominique La Fontaine

Dominique is one of Australia’s leading wind energy authorities with high level expertise in policy, research and technology across the wind energy sector.

Dominique La Fontaine is Executive Officer of the South East Councils Climate Change Alliance, which supports member councils and their communities in the south east region to respond and adapt to the impacts of climate change. Dominique was CEO of the Australian Wind energy Association, inaugural CEO of the Clean Energy Council and has held senior executive roles in sustainability and renewable energy.

She is a member of the Renew Australia Board and has worked in the community and environment space for over 25 years including for local government. She has led the development of federal and state renewable energy policy in Australia and Victoria and brought social license and community wellbeing to the forefront of decision making.

Dominique holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
